Join us as we celebrate the life of Virginia M. Hill, student. She touched so many lives with a heart to put the needs of others before her own. Her police career included ensuring others and helping "little black boys and girls" see somebody who looks

To honor Virginia Hill's commitment to education and the youth, we have established the Virginia Hill Youth Educational Scholarship in the amount of $500.
This scholarship will be awarded to an eligible applicant of color according to the following criteria:
- Is in good academic standing as a High School Senior GPA 3.0 or higher
- If in college GPA of 3.0 or higher demonstrates a passion for mentorship
- Demonstrates a commitment to community service
Applicants must submit a 500 word or less essay on:
"Why is it important for me to further my education?"
